Our intent is to help you bridge the layoff with your next job. We are providing tools and techniques for you to meet the people who might actually be hiring you for that next position or influencing the hiring decision. Our members members represent multiple business and engineering disciplines. We are in programming, project management, sales, marketing, hr, operations, management, support, finance, accounting, chemical engineering, advertising, mechanical engineering and more. We organize weekly events to share effective coaching, networking and resources with area job seekers. The Virginia Career Network is lining up speakers to present topics of interest to job seekers. These topics are generally beneficial in executing job search strategies to find employment. The Virginia Career Network is also attracting companies who hire skilled workers.
