Location: Richmond, VA/ 12+ Months Contract
Manage software implementation, integration, development or upgrade projects ranging from $100k to $1M, covering platforms such as web, cloud, mobile, GIS, financial systems, customer systems and SCADA. Projects may include outside vendors and PM manages those contracts. Mostly waterfall methodology, but frequently run projects as Agile, where appropriate. Individual PM will run 3-5 projects.
Local candidates strongly preferred.

- Actual Work Location: 901-951 E Byrd St, Richmond, VA 23219 - Candidate responsible for parking expenses.
Job Duties:
- Qualifications Needed:
- Experienced managing projects in large corporate or enterprise environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project.
- MS Project Online and SAP experience are beneficial.
- Comfortable managing budgets and resource plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP preferred.
- Customer Information Systems, SAP Experience is a plus
Must Have Skills:
- Strong project leadership & ownership.
- Effective communicator.
- Robust working knowledge of PMI / PMBOK project management processes.
Nice To Haves:
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of earned value analysis.
- Experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies.
- Ideal Candidate Background: Energy / utility, financial / banking, manufacturing
