Location: Richmond, VA/ 12+ Months Contract
Client is looking for a Senior BSA with strong SharePoint skills and the ability to develop forms and workflows using MS Power Apps & Power Automate. Ideal background like to see in the candidate’s experience: Experience and understanding of Electric Utility Distribution systems.
Local candidates only: The candidate will be required to work in-office every other week
Only Green Card and US Citizen required
Top Skills Needed:
- Demonstrated competency in verbal and written communications and interpersonal understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to research and understand customer issues.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and design utilizing MS SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate/
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in the Information Technology team's knowledge of and concern for the customer's business needs.
Top “nice to have” skill:
- Ability to Develop Nintex Forms & Workflows
Education Requirement:
- Preferred: Bachelor in Information Systems or Computer Science, Business or technical equivalent is desired.
- Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for desired education
Role Description:
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex systems problem.
- Responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies.
- Partner with the functional groups within the IT organization to communicate and clarify business needs, contribute to development of long-range system plans, and ensure products and services are aligned with business needs.
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements, and communicate trends and requirements to and from customers and IT.
- Errors may cause delay, expense and disruption. This level is staffed by individuals who have an excellent understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
- IT experience in business systems analysis in a large-scale environment across multiple hardware and software platforms or business unit experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of large-scale systems is required.
